Terms of use
Last updated: 24 October 2026
1. Scope and provider
These terms apply to the use of Allzeit at allzeit.app. The provider is the party named in the imprint (“we”).
They apply to everyone who uses Allzeit:
- Organisers create an account and set up polls.
- Participants respond through a link, without an account.
Organisations with an Enterprise contract are also bound by that contract; where it says something different, it takes precedence over these terms.
2. What Allzeit offers
Allzeit helps you find a date that works for everyone. Organisers suggest days or times, share a link, and everyone answers yes, if need be or no.
Allzeit is free to use and has no ads. There is no entitlement to particular features, a particular scope or a particular level of availability.
3. Your account
You need an account to create polls. You sign in with your e-mail address and a password or with your Microsoft account. When you sign up, you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
You must be at least 16 to create an account. Before you can organise, you confirm your e-mail address.
You are responsible for your account:
- Use an address that belongs to you and where you can be reached.
- Keep your password secret and don’t use it anywhere else.
- Let us know if someone else might have access to your account.
4. Creating and sharing polls
Anyone with the link to a poll can open it and respond. You decide who you share the link with; only pass it on to people you want to invite.
As the organiser of a poll, you can:
- see, change and delete all responses and comments,
- hide participants and the running totals from the others,
- download the responses as a CSV file,
- set a date and notify everyone who left an e-mail address.
You are responsible for the content of your polls. Only ask for what you need to find a date, and don’t put sensitive data (such as health information) in the title, description or comments. If you use the responses for your own purposes, for example after a CSV export, you are responsible for that yourself.
5. Responding without an account
You don’t need an account to respond. You give a name and, if the poll requires it, your e-mail address. Only use names the others will recognise you by, and no one else’s details.
The organisers see your response and your comments, and so does everyone else with the link unless they are hidden. A cookie remembers that the response is yours, so you can change or delete it later in the same browser. In another browser, whoever organises the poll can help you.
6. What is not allowed
Use Allzeit only to find dates, and in a way that harms no one. In particular, you may not:
- publish unlawful, offensive or discriminatory content, or content harmful to minors,
- use polls or notifications for advertising or spam,
- infringe the rights of others, for example with other people’s names, addresses or photos,
- attack Allzeit, get around its safeguards or access other people’s accounts and polls,
- use Allzeit automatically on a scale that disrupts its operation.
Sections 7 and 12 say what we may do in case of a breach.
7. Your content
What you enter stays yours. You only grant us the rights we need to run Allzeit: to store your content, show it to participants and send it in notifications.
If content breaks these terms or the law, we may hide or delete it. We don’t check content in advance, but we follow up on reports. Report unlawful content to the address in the imprint.
8. AI assistants
You can connect an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT to your account. Only after you approve it may it, in your name, list and read your polls, create new ones and set a date, e-mailing participants if you ask it to. It does not see participants’ e-mail addresses.
What the assistant does in your name counts as done by you; check its suggestions before it notifies participants. The assistant itself is governed by its provider’s terms and privacy policy. You can disconnect it at any time on your account page.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep Allzeit running reliably, but we can’t guarantee it. Maintenance, faults and outages at service providers can make Allzeit unavailable for a while. Whether e-mails arrive also depends on the recipients’ mail servers.
We may change, add or discontinue features. If essential features go away, we will say so in advance where possible. We may also shut Allzeit down entirely; we will then announce it at least four weeks in advance so you can export your responses.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz).
In the case of slight negligence, we are liable only if we breach an essential obligation whose fulfilment you may rely on, and only for the foreseeable, typical damage. Otherwise our liability is excluded.
Allzeit is a tool for finding dates, not an archive. Keep your own copy of any responses you need for longer, for example as a CSV export.
11. Privacy
The privacy policy explains which data we process, why and for how long.
12. Term, deletion and suspension
You can delete your account at any time on your account page. This also deletes all your polls with their responses and comments.
We automatically delete polls whose dates all lie more than a year in the past and that haven’t been edited for a year.
We can end your use of Allzeit with four weeks’ notice. In case of serious or repeated breaches of these terms, we may block polls immediately and block or delete accounts. We will tell you why, unless that would put investigations or other people at risk.
13. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms, for example when Allzeit or the law changes. We will send the changes to your e-mail address at least four weeks before they take effect.
If you don’t object by then, the new terms apply; we will point this out in the e-mail. If you object, you can delete your account, or we end your use under section 12.
14. Final provisions
German law applies. If you use Allzeit for private purposes and your habitual residence is in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions there.
The German version is binding; translations are provided for convenience. If any provision is invalid, the others remain valid.
We do not take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and are not obliged to do so.
